History

The Cosby SweatersThe Cosby Sweaters were founded in 2004 by Sarah Pappalardo. She approached pH Productions with the idea to start a pHarm team at DePaul. Since then, the team has performed in numerous venues including The Second City, iO Theater, The Playground Theater, The UCB Theater in New York City and many other festivals and tournaments. Since 2008 they have had an opportunity to perform in weekly college nights with pH, first at StageLeft Theater and then Studio Be.

The Cosbys have performed in the College Improv Tournament, part of the Chicago Improv Festival, since 2008. In 2010 they were named the Wild Card team of the Chicago Regionals and went on to perform at the National competition, a first for the team.
